By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: M.S.Karnik, J.) dated 23.08.2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 23.08.2023, this Court in paragraph No. 6(d), has directed that "the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the Shivaji Nagar Police Station once in a month on every first Monday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m." Hence requested to relax the said condition. 1/2

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No. 6(d) of the Order dated 23.08.2023 imposed on the applicant is modify as under:

"The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.:
