Statement is accepted. 3) Learned Advocate for the Applicants, based on the said statement seeks leave to withdraw the Applications with liberty to take appropriate steps, if required, before the trial Court. 4) Leave and liberty granted.

5) Applications are disposed off as withdrawn.
