This is a third Application preferred by the Applicant seeking suspension of his sentence and enlargement on bail. 2.

The first Interim Application was dismissed as withdrawn and the same is recorded in the order dated 06th October 2020 passed by this Court (Coram: Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav & Shri. N. J. Jamadar, JJ.).

The second Application also seeking bail was dismissed as withdrawn as there was no change of circumstance. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, since the first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn, we deem it appropriate to direct the Registry to place the aforesaid Application before a bench of which Hon'ble Justice Shri N.J. Jamadar is a member. Registry to take steps accordingly.
