This is an application for condonation of delay of 185 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 06/04/2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadgaon Maval, District Pune, in Sessions Case No.495/2022. 2.

2025.08.26 11:56:06 +0530 MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Applicant is from very poor financial background. The trial was conducted through Legal Aid Counsel. It was difficult for the Nesarikar

2 / 2 03-IA-5396-24-IN-APEALS-ST-26995-24.odt Applicant to find and engage a private Advocate after his conviction. There is no other male member in his family who could have helped him in filing the Appeal and therefore there is delay of 185 days in filing the Appeal.

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 185 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.

The Appeal be processed further.
