Heard learned Advocate Ms.Pranita Hingmire for the Applicant who is acquitted Accused in the complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class - Nashik. He was acquitted as per the judgment dated 6th December 2014. There is Leave Application No.121 of 2015 filed by the Complainant.

The present Application is filed by the Applicant-Accused for issuing directions to the Respondent - Passport Authority for issuance of passport. Court notice service report on the Respondents is not there. But, the Applicant contends that private notice is served on the Respondent No.2 - Complainant and Respondent Nos.3 and 4 - Union of India through their representative. The Affidavit of service will be filed in the Office. The interview with the Passport Authority is fixed on 26th June, 2025.

In view of the urgency, Mr.Tuushar Sonawane, learned Advocate for the Complainant has already waived notice. His colleague is there. 4.
