Learned counsel for the Appellant has sought leave to withdraw the present Commercial First Appeal on the ground that the Appellant has made payment of the decreetal amount in the insolvency proceedings which is confirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent. 2.
In view thereof, leave is granted. The Commercial First Appeal No.27 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn. The Interim Application, if any, filed in the Commercial First Appeal does not survive and is also disposed of. Refund of Court fees as per Rules. The Decree passed by the Trial Court is accordingly marked satisfied.
