The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 is granted time to file Affidavit-in-Reply by 4th July 2024. In the meanwhile, issue notice to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, returnable on 10th July 2024. Service on Respondent Nos.2 and 3 be effected by all permissible modes. 2.

We have perused the initial order dated 2nd February 2024 passed by the Trial Court directing the parties to maintain status-quo. This order continued during pendency of the Notice of Motion before the Trial Court and thereafter, that order has been extended till today. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, till 10th July 2024, the initial order dated 2nd February 2024 passed by the Trial Court shall continue. Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2

It is clarified that the order of status-quo would operate only for the subject matter of the present suit.
