Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondent would have no objection to proceed to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by this Court. 2.

To enable Learned Counsel for the Petitioner to take instructions as to whether the Petitioner shall be willing to proceed to sole arbitrator instead of proceeding to a three-member Arbitral Tribunal as contained in the arbitration agreement, list under the caption "Directions" on the Supplementary Board on March 10, 2025. 3.
