Learned Counsel for the Respondent today sought time stating that arguing Counsel was in some personal difficulty. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Respondent has been constantly taking time on one pretext or another. He submitted that though opportunity was granted, no reply was filed. It was in these circumstances that he opposed to grant the time to the Respondent. 3.

Having heard Learned Counsel I am inclined to grant Respondent one final opportunity making it clear that if on the next date no reply is filed, the Court will proceed with the matter.
