Both Learned Counsel submits that their respective clients have vide letters dated 30th May 2022, i.e., the Petitioner's letter and the letter dated 13th August 2024, i.e., the Respondent's letter nominated their respective Arbitrators. They cannot, however, agree on a consensus as to who is to be appointed the Presiding Arbitrator and called upon the Court to do so.

Given the quantum of the claims in arbitration as indicated to me and the scale of the disputes, I deem it fit to appoint Hoh'ble Justice
