The present Arbitration Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration Act 1996, which arises out of an Hydropower Agreement dated 9th June 2010 entered into between the Petitioner and the Respondent.

At the outset, Mrs Talhar, Learned APP submits that the Respondents do not dispute the existence of the Agreement or the
