Ms. Talhar, Learned APP today submitted that the Respondents were unable to come back with the name of an Arbitrator since she has been unable to get the necessary approvals as the concerned officers are busy in election duty. 2.

Hence, at her request stand over to 26 th November, 2024.

It is made clear that if on the next date parties are not ad idem as to the name of the Arbitrator, the Court shall proceed to appoint the Arbitrator given the fact that the Respondents have not disputed the arbitration clause of the agreement.
