Parties are present in the Court. They are attending mediation meetings. In the meantime, parties have arrived at the following 1/3
arrangement to enable the respondent mother to meet the child at Nagpur.
I.
The petitioner shall drop the child at Hotel 7, West High Court Road, Surendra Nagar, Nagpur at 11.00 a.m. on 1st, 15th and 22nd November 2024 and pick up the child from the same place at 7.00 p.m. on 3rd, 17th and 23rd November 2024 respectively.
II.
The petitioner has agreed to make the arrangements at the hotel as stated in clause I above at his cost and expenses.
III.
The petitioner has agreed to bear all the travel expenses of 2nd AC train tickets for the respondent and her parents on the aforesaid dates by directly transferring the amount to the respondent's bank account.
IV.
The petitioner agrees that the respondent shall have video call access to talk to the child everyday in between 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. When the child is with the respondent, and the petitioner would be permitted to talk to the child on video calls between 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. when the child is with the respondent.

Needless to clarify that earlier order dated 18th September 2024 directing that the child should not be taken away out of India without 2/3
permission of this Court shall continue till further orders. 3.
Stand over to 27th November 2024.
