The Suo Moto Contempt Petition has been initiated against the Respondent. Affidavit has been filed by the Respondent on 21.01.2025. In his affidavit, the Respondent has adhered to the assurance given for payment of arrears of maintenance. The Respondent further states that he is facing financial hardship and he is not a salaried person he has no fixed income. Due to the present unavoidable circumstances, the learned counsel for the Respondent is seeking an accommodation on his behalf.
