S/41/2025 with connected matters P.C. : Ld. Advocate for Plaintiff made a statement that Suit against Defendant Nos. 6 and 7 has been disposed of through mediation. Statement is accepted.

As per Affidavit of Service dated 07.07.2025 filed on 07.07.2025, Defendant No. 5 was served with Writ of Summons on 05.04.2025.

Despite service, Defendant No. 5 failed to file Written Statement within stipulated time. Hence, Suit against Defendant No. 5 is transferred to the list of Undefended Suit.

Ld. Advocate for Plaintiff seeks time to serve Writ of Summons upon Defendant Nos. 1 to 4. Time is granted.

Plaintiff to take steps to serve Defendant Nos. 1 to 4 with Writ of Summons and file Affidavit of service to that effect on or before next date, failing Suit against these Defendants will be dismissed for non-compliance of O.S. Rule 87. Office to issue fresh Writ of Summons, if required. Plaintiff to comply with directions issued vide Practice Note No. 60-A. Liberty is granted to the Plaintiff to serve these Defendants by all modes of service including service upon their Advocates.
