The matter has been placed under the caption for KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV amendment by Order dated 7th March, 2025 in Leave Petition (L) by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.04.02 14:03:22 +0530 No.12233 of 2024. In the above Suit, the Plaintiffs were permitted to carry out amendment by joining tenants as Plaintiffs in the Suit and 1/2

12-S 54.2025 with LPETN(L) 12233.2024.doc in the event, there were further tenants who inclined to join as Plaintiffs in the Suit, the Original Plaintiffs were permitted to join them by carrying out amendment in the cause title of the Suit within a period of two weeks from the said order.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiffs has tendered draft of the additional Plaintiffs to be joined in the cause title of the Suit. The Draft Amendment for joining tenants to be additional Plaintiffs is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Plaintiffs are permitted to amend the cause title of the Suit in terms of Draft Amendment marked X. 4.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
