Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff submits that in the present Suits parties have entered into Consent Terms dated 14.07.2025.

Accordingly, the undersigned has checked and verified the Consent Terms filed entered into between Plaintiff and Defendants in both the Suits.

Mr. Naresh Chandan, Plaintiff No. 1 produced his original Aadhar Card for the purpose of his A self attested true copy of Aadhar Card of Plaintiff No. 1 is taken on record. Accordingly, identity of Plaintiff No. 1 to the Consent Terms is verified in both the Suits.

Ms. Chetna Chandan, Plaintiff No. 2 produced her original Aadhar Card for the purpose of her identification. Same is verified and returned to her. A self attested true copy of Aadhar Card of Plaintiff is taken on record. Accordingly, identity of Plaintiff No. 2 to the Consent Terms is verified in both the Suits. Mr. Vijay Kamdar, Authorised Representative of Defendant Nos. 1 produced original Authority Letter No. 1 alongwith original Authority Letter are taken on record. Accordingly, identity of Defendant No. 1 to the Consent Terms is verified in both the Suits. Mr. Pradeep Kumar Bala, Authorized Representative of Defendant No. 2 produced original Board .... 3

Resolution and his original Aadhar Card for the purpose of his identification. Same is verified and returned to him. A self attested true copy of Aadhar Card of Defendant No. 2 alongwith original Board Resolution are taken on record. Accordingly, identity of Defendant No. 2 to the Consent Terms is verified in both the Suits.

Mr. Jaffer Lakdawala, Authorized Representative of Defendant No. 3 produced digitally signed Board Resolution and his original Driving License for the purpose of his identification. Same is verified and returned to him. A self attested true copy of Driving License of Defendant No. 3 alongwith original Board Resolution are taken on record. Accordingly, identity of Defendant No. 3 to the Consent Terms is verified in both the Suits.

Mr. Vikas Singhla, Authorized Representative of Defendant No. 4 produced original Authority Letter original Aadhar Card for the purpose of his No. 3 alongwith original Authority Letter and digitally signed Board Resolution are taken on record. Accordingly, identity of Defendant No. 3 to the Consent Terms is verified in both the Suits.

record. Accordingly, identity of Defendant No. 5 to the Consent Terms is verified in both the Suits. Mr. Vijay Kamdar, Authorised Representative of Defendant No. 6 produced original Authority Letter No. 6 and original Authority Letter is taken on record. Accordingly, identity of Defendant No. 6 to the Consent Terms is verified in both the Suits.

Mr. Yash Sharda, Authorised Representative of Defendant No. 7 produced original Board Resolution and his original Pan Card for the purpose of his A self attested true copy of Pan Card of Defendant No. 7 and original Board Resolution is taken on record. Accordingly, identity of Defendant No. 7 to the Consent Terms is verified in both the Suits.

In view of above, as per Order dated 14.07.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court in Interim Application (L) No. 22403 of 2024 in Suit No. 129 of 2025 AND Interim Application (L) No. 21874 of 2024 with Suit No. 260 of 2024, Consent Terms dated 14.07.2025 filed in the present matters have been executed between Plaintiffs and Defendants.
