The said Consent Terms dated 19th December, 2024 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Suit as against Defendant Nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6 is disposed of in terms of theses Consent Terms.

Further, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the Suit as against Defendant Nos. 3 and 4 . Leave is granted.
