Learned Advocate for Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 submits that the parties have executed Consent Terms, which are annexed as Exhibit-B, at page 14 of the Suit.

I am satisfied that the Consent Terms and the Affidavit in support of the Suit are in order, not contrary to law, and by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

52-PS-2-2025.DOC have been executed by the parties voluntarily, reflecting their true intentions.

The undertakings, if any, contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 5.

The parties have voluntarily, of their own free Will and without any coercion or undue influence, sought dissolution of their marriage by mutual Consent under Section 32-B of Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act,1936.

Accordingly, I find no impediment in granting the reliefs sought in the Suit.

Accordingly the marriage between Plaintiff No. 1 and Plaintiff No. 2, solemnized on 6th January 2015 under section 32-B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936, in terms of the Consent Terms dated 23rd October 2024 (Exhibit "B" to the Plaint) stands dissolved.

The Registry is directed to ensure that the signed copy of the Consent Terms is permanently retained on record and not sent for destruction in the ordinary course. 9.

The Parsi Suit No.2 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly. (Kamal Khata, J.)
