Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has already informed the Legal Aid Committee that he needs discharge and has already returned the papers. He therefore seeks discharge. The petitioner is present in the court. He submits that he shall take steps for appointment of another advocate. Hence, Mr. Prosper D'souza is discharged. 2.
