In Minutes of Order dated 23.01.2025, in paragraph no. 1, inadvertently, date of Order passed by the Hon'ble Court was typed as "15.01.2024" instead of "15.01.2025".

Therefore, said date be read as "15.01.2025". Rest of the directions issued therein stand unchanged.

Petitioner in-person, above named, appeared before me and submits that he is willing to give his statement before this Authority.

Accordingly, Statement of Mr. Shahaji Nanai Thorat @ Shahajirao Dhondiba Thorat is recorded separately by this Authority, which is annexed herewith and marked 'X1' for identification purpose and for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
