Learned counsel who appears today for the petitioner has not filed any vakalatnama. Pursuant to the request made by the petitioner, who had appeared in person, office was directed to appoint an advocate from the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee Panel. Accordingly, Mr. Parth Shah is already appointed through Legal Aid Committee. Today, another Advocate engaged by the petitioner, has appeared without any vakalatnama.
