Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.7 opposes Interim Application (L) No.27786 of 2024. He seeks time to file Reply to the said Interim Application. He would further submit that Respondent No.7 has filed Interim Application (L) No.32011 of 2024 seeking various reliefs such as deletion of Respondent Nos.1 to 6 as well as dismissal of the Election Petition under provisions of section 82 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 as well as provisions of Order 7, Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and for striking of some of the grounds in the Election Petition. The Petitioner in person is served with copy of the Interim Application (L) No.32011 of 2024 and seeks time to file Reply. List the Election Petition alongwith the Interim Applications on 18 November 2024.
