The matter has been placed today in order for the Respondent to seek instructions as to whether the Respondent is agreeable to the Draft Amendment being incorporated in the Petition. KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV 2.

Accordingly, the Petitioner shall file Interim Application for seeking amendment on or before 9th September, 2024 and which shall be served on the Respondent.

The Respondents shall file Affidavit-in-Reply to the Interim Application on or before 18th September, 2024. 5.

Mr. Khambata for the Petitioner states that one of the Respondents viz. Respondent No.16 remains to be served. 6.

Accordingly, the time to serve the Respondents is extended till 20th September, 2024.
