This election petition was initially filed by the party in person. However, as per the information received from the office, subsequently, the petitioner is represented by the advocate and Vakalatnama is already filed. On the causelist, the appearance of the advocate is shown. Though, the appearance of the advocate is seen on the causelist, none appeared for the petitioner. I have perused the papers.

Issue summons under Rule 9 of the Rules framed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in regard to the election petitions under the Representation of the People Act, 1951 to the respondents. The summons is made returnable after six weeks. (GAURI GODSE, J.) Page no. 1 of 1
