Affidavit of service filed by the Petitioner indicates that the Respondent No. 2 and 4 were served through the office of baillif by RPAD which have been delivered to the Respondent No. 2 and 4. The Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 7 are represented by advocates and on the last occasion the Respondent No.6 was present in person. As far as the Respondent No.5 is concerned, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the fresh address has been obtained and seeks leave to amend the cause title to incorporate the fresh address of the Respondent No. 5. Leave to amend granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Registry is directed to issue notice to the Respondent No.5, returnable on 11th October 2024. In addition to Patil-SR 1 of
