Mr. Agarwal would place before me a sworn Affidavit of Petitioner / Application seeking withdrawal of Petition. He would submit that Interim Application is not yet numbered. The said Application is directed to be numbered in accordance with law and shall be listed before the Court on the next date. Respondents shall take appropriate instructions and apprise the Court accordingly. 4.
