Leave to amend is granted at the request made by the Advocate for the Petitioner to replace Exhibit 'Q' at page 133 of the Writ Petition. It is seen that there is some discrepancy in reading the said document at page 134.

In that view of the matter, leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Re-verification is dispensed with.

Respondent No.6 is directed to supply an appropriate, legible and readable copy of Exhibit 'Q' to the Petitioner within a period of one week from today on the basis a further copy of this order be presented before the Education Director (Secondary and Higher Secondary) Department who has issued the said order at Exhibit 'Q' dated 14th/18th June, 2024.
