Heard Mr. Jagtiani, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

This is an Election Petition challenging the election of returned candidate by an eligible voter.

Mr. Jagtiani would submit that Petitioner would like to amend the pleadings in the Election Petition. Petitioner may take out appropriate Application, if it is so available to him in law. The same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

In view of the above, issue notice to the Respondents. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Petitioner is directed to serve the Respondents a copy of this order and copy of the Election Petition and inform them about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service
