Respondent No.1 has entered appearance and accepts notice. He submits that the matter is eminently capable of being resolved. There seem to be certain misgivings about the contents of the draft Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement. Taking on board his suggestion, it would be appropriate that the Advocates representing the Petitioner and the Advocates representing Respondent No.1 engage with each other to see how any differences, real or perceived can be bridged. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts the suggestion, and in fact suggests that mediation would also enable and cause resolution of the differences. Towards this end, the parties are in unanimity requesting Mr. Amogh Singh, a Learned Advocate of this Court to act as a mediator to resolve their differences between them. 3.

In these circumstances, stand over to April 30, 2025. Additional affidavit filed by the Petitioner is taken on record and may be filed with the Registry. At this stage, no observations are made on the merits of the matter, if the parties are eminently suited for a resolution and that too with the assistance of Mr. Amogh singh, acting as mediator. 4.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
