This is a Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act").

Learned Counsel for the parties jointly mentioned the matter this morning stating that owing to the able intervention of the mediator Mr. Amogh Singh, a Learned Advocate of this Court, all disputes and differences between them stand settled and that they have arrived at Consent Terms dated May 2, 2025. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that there is nothing in the Consent Terms which would be in conflict with any requirement of law. Learned Counsel for the parties jointly record their sincere appreciation of the role of the mediator in having the disputes and differences between them resolved amicably leading to the execution of these Consent Terms. The efforts of the mediator are deeply appreciated. 4.
This Petition is finally disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms handed in.
