This petition was mentioned to be taken out of turn on the ground of urgency. It is stated that the proceedings before the Co-operative Court, where the petitioners are not parties, are proceeding to the prejudice of the petitioners. This aspect was taken note of in the order dated 14.11.2025 and thereupon, this Court directed the petition to be listed for final disposal. 2.

Due to paucity of time, the petition could not be taken up for final disposal on 12.12.2025 and even today, it could not be heard. 3.
