Learned Counsel for the Petitioner who had successfully obtained a stay on the last occasion pointing out that the disputes and differences purported to be adjudicated in the interim award had already been the subject matter of the full and final settlement between the parties, submits that order dated April 17, 2025 has been served on the arbitral tribunal as well as on the Respondent.

In these circumstances, the stay of the interim award is made absolute pending hearing and final disposal of this Petition. 3.

Stand over to May 9, 2025.
