Learned counsel appearing for Petitioner would submit that inadvertently during the hearing of Arbitration Petition, it was not pointed out that addressee to whom the impugned Award was forwarded was not the Respondent in the Arbitration. 3.

As the judgment has been reserved in the matter and submission was canvassed subsequent thereto, notice was given to the Respondent who is being represented. Learned counsel for Respondent would submit that the documents on which the Petitioner is making submission was already pointed out to this Court. Hence, the submission is recorded.
