When the matter was called out, Mr Naphade makes a statement that until the next date, his clients shall not create any third party rights in respect of the property situate at CTS No. 192, 192/1, 194/A, 194/1, 194/2, and 194/3 and S. No. 49, H. No. 3 (part) and H No. 6 (part) situated of Mogra Village admeasuring 2,400 sq. mtrs. or thereabouts together with the buildings and structures known as Simran Centre (G+5) (except 2nd floor) standing thereon lying and being at Parsi Panchayat Road, Andheri (East) in Greater Bombay in the registration Sub-District Bandra, Bombay and assessed by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Bombay under K Ward Nos. K-3269 (1) K3270 (1), K-3271 and K-3272. He also submitted that his client would send the Petitioner the relevant documents as per Clause 2.2 of the said agreement within a period of two weeks from today.

Mr Naphade also submits that his client shall intimate the Petitioner what is the sum of redemption of a portion of the said property.
