This Petition has been filed seeking substitution of an arbitrator by reason of the Learned Sole Arbitrator having resigned. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for parties jointly submit that they are willing to have the disputes and differences that were being adjudicated by the Learned Sole Arbitrator who has demitted office, to be adjudicated by Mr. Amrut Joshi, Learned Advocate of this Court.

Consequently, the Petition deserves to be finally disposed of ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI

appointing Mr. Amrut Joshi as the Sole Arbitrator. The contact particulars of the arbitrator are as follows:- Mr. Amrut Joshi, Add: Office No.12, 2nd Floor, Darya Building, above Arti Bookstore, Besides Zara, Hutatma Chowk, Fort, Mumbai- 400 001 Email ID: amorjan@gmail.com 4.

The parties shall approach the Learned Sole Arbitrator at a time convenient to him no later than January 15, 2025. Further instructions on how to proceed in the matter shall be given to the Learned Sole Arbitrator.

Learned Counsel for the parties also submit that the mandate of the arbitral tribunal had also expired on September 4, 2024. Consequently, they jointly consent that the mandate be extended, so that the arbitrator appointed hereby can continue with the proceedings from the stage at which it had stopped.

Consequently, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal hereby appointed is confirmed under such extended mandate, which extension shall be for a period of one year from today i.e. until January 9, 2026.

The Petition is disposed of finally in the aforesaid terms. 8.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
