Since an arbitrator, in substitution of the erstwhile arbitrator, has been appointed in Arbitration Petition (L) N0.24896 of 2023, parties jointly submit that the same arbitrator may be appointed in this arbitration as well.

Since this arbitration is being run by the same arbitrator, these Petitions also disposed of, making it clear that the substituted arbitrator appointed in the aforesaid Petition on March 18, 2025 shall be an arbitrator for these proceedings as well.
