This is a Petition filed under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The mandate of the arbitral tribunal expired admittedly on October 13, 2023. This application was filed on April 30, 2024. One of the requests is to substitute the arbitrator on the premise that the arbitrator has not been able to conduct the arbitration without undue delay. This is contested by the Respondents inter alia stating that the Petitioners have contributed to the delays as well. This matter will require some consideration for which we do not have time today being October 17, 2025 Shraddha
