Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has tendered a copy of an order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Securities and Exchange Board of India vs. Subrata Roy Sahara & Ors. (Order th February 2024 in Contempt Petition (C) Nos.1820-1822 of 2017) , dated 7 Mugdha

2 48-ARBP 278-24.doc which is dated 7 th February 2018, by which he submits that, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed that no other Courts in the country shall entertain any litigation pertaining to Amby Valley City. A copy of this order is also handed over to Learned Counsel for the Petitioner to consider the same. 3.
