To enable the Respondent to file a short reply affidavit with specific regard to the scope of power under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 exercisable by this court and to cover the submissions by him that the mandate of the arbitral tribunal had lapsed, and nothing had been done to extend the mandate, stand over to January 29, 2025.

Such reply affidavit shall be filed not later than January 20, 2025. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed not later than January 27, 2025. 3.

It is made clear that this Petition will be finally heard and disposed of on that date.
