This is a Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Cheques for the amounts due as of today and post-dated cheques for the amounts due until April-2026 have been handed over in Court today, the accuracy of which have been checked by the Advocates and is confirmed. Learned Advocate for the Developer shall also ensure that a counterpart of the executed permanent alternate accommodation agreement is handed over to each of the parties so that the parties have, in their possession, the content of the executed contracts that they are bound by.
