Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered a note indicating the arrears of transit rent and comparing it with the balance consideration payable. The same is taken on record. It is for the Respondent to confirm the veracity of such computation. 2.

Meanwhile, in compliance with the order dated May 2, 2025, the Respondent would be expected to execute the Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement ("PAAA") and secure the title of the Petitioner to the property without imposing any further conditions. 3.
