Despite multiple Orders dated March 13, 2025, May 2, 2025 and October 6, 2025, the Respondent has not executed the Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement ("PAAA"). In these circumstances, a prima facie case has been made out for suo moto taking up proceedings for contempt.

2.

It is seen that by an Order dated May 2, 2025, the Respondent had instructed its Advocates to commit to execute the PAAA and that the appointment in the Registrar Office be taken accordingly. 3.
