At this stage Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that there are minor corrections in the previous order. He submits that third sentence of paragraph No.2 of the order dated 7 th October, 2024 the words "has not" be added after the words "The Respondent". He further submits that in the same Shubham 1/2

2 31-ARBP-353-2024.doc paragraph, the words "Development Agreement" be replaced with the word "PAAA". There is no opposition to this request. 4.
