This is a Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Learned Court Receiver submits that after the order dated March 13, 2025, there has been no traction in the matter. Despite the Court Receiver having written to the Petitioner, it appears that the Petitioner is unable to locate the property for the Receiver to identify and implement the order.
