1) Mr. Deshmane, learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that the learned Arbitrator has already been appointed by an order dated 14th January, 2026 passed in Arbitration Application No. 417 of 2025. In view thereof, the present Petition is converted into an Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the Petitioners are at liberty to pursue the same before the learned Arbitrator. Ad-interim/Interim reliefs, if any, granted to the Petitioners/Applicants shall continue and shall be subject to the outcome of the Section 17 Application.
