This Petition has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking extension of mandate of the arbitral tribunal.

The mandate of the arbitral tribunal had expired on December 12, 2023 and this Petition who filed only on October 1, 2024. However, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that only passing of the arbitral award is pending.
