This is a Petition filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking extension of mandate of the arbitrator. The mandate of the arbitrator expired on November 29, 2024, and in anticipation, an application came to be filed on November 18, 2024. Today, when the matter is called out, both parties consensually requested that the mandate of the arbitrator be extended by a further period of five months from today. 2.

It is noted that this is the fifth extension sought in this matter. However, the parties jointly submit that the arbitration proceedings are January 8, 2025 Shraddha

5-ARBP-552-2024.doc virtually at the final stage. Consequently, this Petition is disposed of finally in the aforesaid terms, extending the mandate of the arbitrator, for a period of five months from today, i.e., until June 7, 2025. 3.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
