This matter had been wrongly tagged with a bunch of matters which had no connection with it. By an Order dated January 13, 2025, I had directed that this matter be de-tagged. Besides, the matter is shown as disposed of.

By consent of the parties, the matter is hereby restored, and the mandate of the arbitral tribunal which expired on April 13, 2024, is hereby extended by one year from today i.e. until February 19, 2026. 4.
