This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on May 10, 2024.

It is seen from the minutes of the arbitrator's meeting held on November 18, 2024 that there was a consensus amongst the parties to seek extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 3.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the Arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally disposed of by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:
